How can I comment?
Well, I can't blame you for asking. With Blogger, it's an odd process. So, let's begin!

When you go on my blog, you will see this.
This is my HOME PAGE. ALL my posts are located here-it is not a SPECIFIC post. The first step is going to the Specific Post, in this case, Example Post. So, I click on the header, 'Example Post'. This will take me to a new page that looks like this
Since this is an unusually short post, the comment section is right there. But in usual circumstances, you would have to scroll down to the BOTTOM of the page to find this.
Click on the box, and press 'Publish' to make the comment visible to other viewers, or preview it to see what it will look like to others.
VOILA! What became a tedious, time consuming project, just became 3 steps; click on it, scroll down, and type. SIMPLE! I hope I helped, and, you can even try to see if you did it right by commenting on THIS post!
